We had an exceptional experience with 500 Realty. From the purchase of our new home to the sale of our old - we were always handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Ray was extremely helpful as we negotiated the purchase of our new house - giving us great advise and guidance throughout the way. And when we were then ready to sell our existing house - we had an offer in 3 weeks!!! And all of this with 2 1/4% back on our purchase and only a 1% fee on our sale. We highly recommend 500 Realty!

Ray even though we have not closed yet I Thank God my wife works with yours and she was able to explain it while they were on duty at the hospital. Maybe she should hang the nursing license up as well and become your TOP Agent. Continued success. I'm starting to see your signs up everywhere.

Ken thanks for the education. After you explained it I still didn't quite get it. My wife tried to explain it as well but I went to the website and figured it out. I like the piggy bank illustration. Without a doubt you got us in May for the Condo. Why, would I even think about going somewhere else?

"Its hard to explain the concept to people. They automatically think its a scam of some sort. They can't wrap their heads around the fact that they will get money back for finding their house. 500 realty was very helpful in helping us sell our condo in Des Moines. We only paid 500 dollars, filled out some paperwork and within 3 weeks we had an offer on the condo. Thanks, 500 realty!

It is my feeling that companies like 500 realty are the future of residential real estate. The old way of doing business is going to be gone in a few years. The market is not going to support 3% transactions for much longer.

I would like to thank you for listing my home for $500.00 and placing it on the MLS and putting up signs so fast! It is time someone changes the way real estate works. It is a great idea to now pay the buyer for locating their home and the buyers agent still getting a decent commission. Thank you again!
