Now that I’ve completed the process of selling my home through 500 Realty, I can honestly say this was definitely the best route for me. Saving 3% commission meant a little work on my part, like making up flyers and showing my own home, but I felt it gave me more control of the situation.

From the start Ray Pepper was easy to reach by phone or email (email's were returned promptly, if not immediately). Ray was very helpful to answer any questions along the way, and in reviewing the offer. He was friendly & shared pertinent advice. My home sold in four weeks in a slow market--I believe the key items were that my home was listed on the MLS & the Key Box on my door. Ray supplied both.
