3. Please complete the Exclusive Agency Sale and Listing Agreement (3 pages), the Residential Listing Input Sheet (3 pages) and the Seller Disclosure Form 17 (5 pages) to the best of your knowledge. There will be information you do not know how to fill in on the listing input sheets. Simply leave those fields blank. Usually the needed information is a code or information we will obtain from tax records. It is not necessary to complete Form 17 prior to faxing to $500 Realty the Listing Agreement.

We will input your listing within 24 hours after receiving it (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and email you a copy to review. In addition, we will call and/or email you with follow-up instructions upon receiving your listing agreement.
