$500 Realty wants you to have 100% complete satisfaction with your experience using our services. If at anytime our service is not meeting your expectations – we will take immediate corrective action to do whatever is necessary to help you. We are committed to your satisfaction and helping you sell or buy your next home.

SELLING GUARANTEE

If you are unable to sell your property utilizing our services, we will provide you an opportunity to receive your $500 listing fee refunded.

If you find you need a different real estate agent, we will refer you to a network real estate agent in your area. This agent will then list your home for a full service commission. You will be credited back, AT CLOSING, the listing fee you paid to $500 Realty.

• Seller understands they may cancel their listing with $500 Realty at any time and at no additional charge.

• Seller can also choose a listing agent of their choice. If seller chooses their own agent, and that agent chooses not to participate in the credit as our referral, then this guarantee shall NOT apply.

BUYING GUARANTEE

$500 Realty guarantees that we will provide you with 75% of the selling office commission on or after closing. Depending upon your lender's requirements, we will provide this refund towards closing costs or paid to you after closing.
